Do you know what’s being said about your business online? A service from Google called “Google Alerts” helps make monitoring your online brand a lot easier. Just go to www.google.com/alerts and enter your business name (put the name in quotes if it’s more than one word) and Google will email you the latest relevant Google results according to a frequency you define. It’s quite a handy little tool for keeping tabs on what is being said about you or your business online, as well as for tracking other information (like what’s being said about your competitors, or the latest news that may directly impact your industry).
