Agency Moves From Ewing Office Park to Former Lambertville Opera House
Ewing/Lambertville, NJ (June 22, 2016) – The first floor of the striking circa 1860 Italian Revival building at 71 North Main Street in Lambertville, most recently the home of MacDonald Kitchen and Bath Designs, has stood empty for three years. Soon, it will be the new home of Imbue Creative, a branding and creative services agency that is in the process of revitalizing the building to its former glory.
According to the Lambertville Historical Society, Imbue Creative’s new home is known as Holcombe Hall, which served as a theater for traveling minstrels and operas, and as a public event space during the Victorian Era. Lambertville High School held their graduation ceremony on the upper floors in 1884, and various merchants sold groceries, oysters, and dry goods on the first floor. One of the most ornate buildings in Lambertville, Imbue Creative is restoring the façade and enhancing their striking new home. They plan to move from their 1,000-square foot headquarters in Ewing to the new 3,100-square foot landmark Lambertville home in the fall. Imbue Creative was founded in 2004 in New Hope and moved to Ewing in 2013.
“As we began to outgrow our space in Ewing, we wanted to return to the creative atmosphere of the New Hope-Lambertville area,” explained Michael Piperno, Executive VP, Imbue Creative. “Lambertville is a haven for artists and craftspeople and we are excited to move to the exquisite Holcombe Hall this fall.”
